By A 33-billion dollar plan to string high-capacity power lines around the state is being questioned by lawmakers.
State Senator Kevin Sparks says it will only serve wind and solar generators, which are unreliable. He says, instead of making life more easy for Green Energy, we should be focusing on creating more power generators that are close to the urban areas.
