By A Houston-area gang leader is now on the FBI’s “Ten Most Wanted Fugitives” list. The agency announced during a press conference yesterday that 37-year-old Giovanni Vincente Mosquera Serrano has been added to the infamous list.
Mosquera Serrano is allegedly the senior leader of the Tren de Aragua, or TdA gang. Earlier this year, the federal government designated Tren de Aragua as a foreign terror organization, putting the group among the ranks with MS-13 and Mexican drug cartels.
