Prominent Houston attorney Tony Buzbee is representing the parents of a Texas A&M student who fell to her death in Austin last weekend.

Brianna Aguilera of Laredo fell from a 17th-floor balcony early Saturday at the 21 Rio Apartments near the U-T campus. Austin police say her death doesn’t appear to be suspicious and isn’t being investigated as a homicide.

Buzbee’s firm announced Wednesday that they’ve been retained by Aguilera’s parents, who are unhappy with the police investigation.
