Houston Requiring City Employees Get Monthly COVID Tests Unless Vaccinated


Houston is requiring city employees to get tested for coronavirus twice a month unless they’re vaccinated.

Mayor Sylvester Turner announced the rules Wednesday during the City Council meeting. A spokesperson says workers will have to show their COVID inoculation card to Human Resources or be tested on the 1st and 15th of each month.
