The FBI is investigating an envelope full of “suspicious powder” that led to the evacuation of an ICE facility in San Antonio.
Hazmat teams responded Tuesday after the substance turned up at the ICE Homeland Security Investigations facility on Jackson Keller Road near Blanco Road.
An ICE spokesperson says office workers were immediately evacuated. There were no injuries reported. The spokesperson says the powder was obviously an attempt to disrupt ICE operations and endanger staff members.
