By San Antonio’s democrat mayor is continuing her crusade against a proposed immigration detention center on the city’s east side. She shot a letter to the new head of Homeland Security, expressing her personal distaste for the project. Mayor Gina Ortiz Jones is furious that the feds didn’t tell the city about the project, even though that’s not required.
