ICE: Hundreds Of Illegals Arrested, Deported In Houston Area Last Week

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement is reporting the arrests and deportations of hundreds of illegal immigrants in the Houston area.

The enforcement operation lasted from May 4th to the 10th, resulting in the arrests of 422 illegals and the deportation of 528 more. The illegals were from Mexico, Colombia, and other nations. They had been convicted of crimes such as homicide, drug possession, arson, assault with a deadly weapon, DWI, burglary, larceny, illegal reentry, and child sex abuse.

The Houston office of the Drug Enforcement Administration worked with ICE in the enforcement efforts.
