Two students at Rice University in Houston have created an interactive map to track ICE operations across the country. But questions are being raised about it’s legality.
Chris Russo, who heads the group Texans for Strong Borders, says it facilitates attacks on ICE agents. The map also shows the location of immigrant detention facilities and points out if they have documented health and security inspection failures.
