A Border Patrol agent accused of sexual assault is set to go on trial in Cameron County today. The jury for the trial of Juan Jose Olivares was selected yesterday.
Court documents indicate that Olivares was accused of sexual assault by a DEA agent in 2019. He was arrested in 2023 and released on a 65-thousand-dollar bond.
