Lawmakers Push For Mexico-U.S. Tourism Expansion


Two U.S. Congressmen from Texas want to foster more tourism between Mexico and the United States.

Laredo Democrat Henry Cuellar and Austin Republican Michael McCaul are co-sponsors of the U.S. Mexico Tourism Improvement Act, which was introduced into the current legislative session in Washington, D.C.

In a statement Friday, Cuellar said the bill is intended “to expand opportunity, prosperity and security in both countries.” Check out the bill’s language at Cuellar-dot-House-dot-Gov.
