Lower Restrictions On Firearms, Passes On Regulations

State lawmakers are passing several new pro-guns bills including expanding access to fire arms. Three Senate Bills passed includes keeping the state from using federal funds to enforce red flag provisions and prohibiting cities and counties from holding gun buyback programs.

Those bills are pending Governor approval. Three House Bills were not passed, including the ability to conceal carry at polling location and lowering the gun license age to 18-years-old.
