A man is in custody for allegedly stealing rental cars in the Valley then selling them in Mexico.
Authorities say Jose Sosa stole more than 500-thousand-dollars worth of vehicles then drove them over the border to be sold. He was arrested earlier this week at the Progreso bridge. Sosa faces up to five years in prison.
