A 19-year-old accused of killing his parents and grandmother is being charged with capital murder.
Guarav Chopra was recently indicted for the deaths of Sweeta Ram, Kamlesh Rani, and Minder Kaur over the summer. They were shot inside a home in Alton on June 16th. Chopra was arrested the following day after a police chase, and remains behind bars.
