A Donna man has been sentenced to 12 years in prison following a manslaughter conviction. Thirty-five-year-old Travis Trevino was sentenced Tuesday in Hidalgo County.
Trevino was arrested in 2024 following the beating death of Isaac Martinez in Donna. Martinez reportedly argued with Trevino, leading to an assault that caused his death. Trevino pleaded guilty to manslaughter last year.
