Masks may no longer be required inside the Texas House. The House Administration Committee voted on Tuesday in favor of a resolution ending the mask requirement.

Republican Tom Oliverson of Cypress says the mask mandate isn’t needed because more people are being vaccinated against coronavirus. The measure now goes to the full House for consideration.
