By A McAllen business could soon have its Birria Spice mix on H-E-B store shelves statewide.
Deli Spices placed second in the annual H-E-B Quest for Texas Best competition Thursday, winning a 15-thousand-dollar prize. The business was one of ten finalists in the competition.
