Johnson & Johnson’s coronavirus vaccine shipments are being delayed after a manufacturing mix up spoiled millions of doses.

Workers at a Baltimore plant that makes both Johnson & Johnson’s vaccine and AstraZeneca’s accidentally mixed up the two companies’ ingredients.

About 15 million doses of Johnson & Johnson’s vaccine were ruined because of the mistake. The Baltimore plant was supposed to start shipping the single dose vaccine, but that process is now on hold.
