Texas is getting more border buoys in the Rio Grande. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem says the floating border wall has been an effective part of President Trump’s immigration strategy.

The buoys were first released in the water near Eagle Pass, back in 2023. The new plan is to add 17-more miles near Brownsville.
