There are 19 news measles cases in Texas since Friday. They’re linked to an outbreak that started in a rural part of West Texas, where the Department of Health and Human Services says vaccination rates are lowest.
The biggest jumps were in Gaines County, which is the epicenter, and in El Paso. The total, linked to the outbreak, has passed the 700 case mark.
