By Juan Munoz appears to have won a seat on the Los Fresnos City Council. Unofficial results show Munoz winning over 53 percent of the vote in Tuesday’s Place Three special election.
Munoz was ahead of opponent Anita Matta by 19 votes last night. The winner will replace Gabriela Fernandez on the city council.
