Five people in San Antonio, including three jail inmates, have been busted in what the cops are calling a murder-for-hire plot. Sheriff Javier Salazar says that surveillance of inmate phone calls uncovered the plans.
One of the inmates, Adrian Farias, was reportedly trying to enlist other inmates to find somebody to kill a witness in his aggravated robbery case. There were also two people on the outside, involved.
