A murder suspect who failed to show for a court hearing in Hidalgo County last month has been taken into custody. Twenty-three-year-old Abraham Guadalupe Gonzalez of Edinburg was jailed on Wednesday.
Gonzalez is one of four suspects charged in connection with the 2023 death of Augusto De La Torre Quiroz in Pharr. He’s facing capital murder and other charges and is being held without bond.
