New Law Giving Starbase Power To Shut Down SH 4

A new law is giving the City of Starbase the power to shut down State Highway Four. House Bill 5246 has gone into effect.

Cameron County officials previously held the power to shut down the highway ahead of planned SpaceX tests and launches. That authority will now be in the hands of city officials.
