A man is dead after a shooting involving a Border Patrol agent in Starr County. Authorities say a man was shot and killed Thursday on Midway Road between Rio Grande City and Roma.
The Starr County Sheriff’s Office said Border Patrol agents were involved in a struggle before the shooting. The Texas Rangers are the lead agency in the investigation of the shooting.
