A man has died after a wrong-way crash in Alton. The Texas Department of Safety says the crash happened on Moorefield Road north of Mile Eight Road on Sunday night.
A gray Ford Fusion was allegedly heading south in the northbound lanes when a Chevy Blazer swerved to avoid a collision. The Ford then moved back into the southbound lane, crashing into the Chevy.
The Ford driver died from his injuries, while the Chevy driver was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
