The parents of a Kentucky State University student shot and killed earlier this month have been arrested and charged with intimidating the shooter, Jacob Bard.
A Franklin County grand jury declined an indictment last week for Bard in the shooting that left one dead and another seriously injured. Chardnae Cleveland and De’Jon Darrell Fox were arrested after allegedly making perceived threats toward Bard and his family on Facebook. The grand jury found Bard was acting in self-defense.
