Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick says he plans to donate a million dollars from his campaign account to Turning Point USA.

Patrick announced on Friday that his donation will fund the creation of new Turning Point chapters on every high school and college campus in Texas prior to next year’s midterm elections.

Turning Point USA is a conservative student organization co-founded by the late Charlie Kirk. Patrick said he and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton will speak at a Turning Point event at the University of Houston on Tuesday.
