Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing several companies for failing to dispose of thousands of wind turbine blades in west Texas.
The lawsuit claims Global Fiberglass Solutions, Inc., and several affiliated entities had been hired to break down and recycle the huge turbine blades.
Instead, they’re accused of illegally dumping and abandoning more than three thousand turbine blades at two sites in Sweetwater. The defendants are being sued for failure to recycle, violation of prior orders, and unauthorized storage.
