Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s court case against Beto O’Rourke is falling on hard times in court.

Paxton sued O’Rourke last month, accusing him of bribery, fraud, and campaign finance violations for supporting Texas Democrats who fled the state to obstruct a vote on new congressional maps.

An all-Republican appeals court last week reversed a temporary restraining order that blocked O’Rourke from fundraising and distributing donations. The court ruled the TRO was an unconstitutional violation of free speech.
