Pilots Hospitalized After Planes Collide Over Weslaco


Two pilots remain hospitalized after their planes collided in the air over Weslaco. Authorities have released little information, but say the planes struck each other and crashed onto a field near Mid Valley Airport a little before 6 p.m. Tuesday.

Both pilots were conscious when they were rushed to the hospital. Their conditions haven’t been disclosed, nor have their names. The types of aircraft they were flying also not yet known.
