Texas voters are headed to the polls today to choose their candidates in a variety of local, state and federal primaries.
Democratic and Republican voters will select candidates for the House of Representatives and U.S. Senate, as well as governor, lieutenant governor and attorney general.
Cameron County election officials are reminding voters that there are separate polling places set up for Democrats and Republicans this year. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
