The number of jobs added last month by private companies is falling below expectations. A total of 117-thousand positions were added in February, according to an A-D-P report.
Economists were expecting about 225-thousand. Nearly all of the net job growth came from the services sector, which has been hit hardest by the coronavirus pandemic. It is still down about three-point-eight million from where it was a year ago. The greatest growth came in companies with between 50 and 500 employees.
