Program Gives Students Chance To Work With Customs And Border Protection

A program offered through the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley allows students the chance to work with Customs and Border Protection. KRGV reported Tuesday the program offers ten paid agriculture internships with the CBP to college students following an agriculture biological science career path.

The intent is to expose students to agriculture customs inspection regimen including a possible career with the CBP as Customs Agriculture Specialist Agents. Find out the details in the September 25th newsroom release at the CBP-dot-Gov webpage.
