By The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is addressing what fans described as “chaos” Saturday in the carnival. Viral videos on social media show large groups fighting before the area was closed early.
Organizers say in a statement that they’re taking “proactive steps” to make sure more brawls don’t break out this week. But they did not give specifics on their plans with police.
