City leaders in Roma say they are dealing with a foul odor affecting the water system. The city announced Tuesday that it is actively investigating the cause of the odor.
The city is also flushing pipes in an attempt to eliminate the odor. Water quality readings taken by the Public Water System remain within state requirements.
