Schwarzenegger Comments On Grant To Help Cameron County Election

Former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger thinks a grant he provided to Cameron County might be “one of the greatest investments” he’s ever made. That’s what the Terminator actor said during a discussion with county Elections Administrator Remi Garza.

The county was given a 250-thousand-dollar grant from the University of Southern California Schwarzenegger Institute to help fund voting “super centers.” It helped fuel strong turnout for last week’s election. Schwarzenegger called it a great opportunity to invest in something “that is the future of this country.”
