Authorities are announcing a second arrest in connection to a deadly hit-and-run in Alamo earlier this month.
Police say Maria Salinas was a passenger in the vehicle that fatally struck Ismael Aleman near the Alamo Rec and RV Park on March 6. She was taken into custody yesterday on a charge of failure to report.
The suspected driver of the vehicle, identified as Miguel Salinas, was arrested several days after the crash and charged with manslaughter.
