Senate Takes Up Voting Rights Bill

The Senate is taking up voting rights legislation and a key vote could come as soon as today.

It passed the House in March, but might not even be debated, let alone get a vote in the Senate. It could die unless ten Republicans and all 50 Democrats vote to begin debate on the measure.
