Southwest Sending Vouchers To Passengers Stranded By Cancellations

0

Southwest Airlines is sending travel vouchers to those left stranded over several days of flight cancellations.

Hundreds of Southwest flights were canceled starting late last week, with the airline blaming bad weather and air traffic control issues. Now, some customers say they’re getting apologies from Southwest along with travel vouchers worth 250-dollars.

The vouchers are in addition to the refunds or flight credits that airlines are required to pay passengers for canceled flights.
