Spring Storm Creating “Impossible Travel Conditions”


Nearly 20-million Americans will be under the threat of severe storms over the next few days. Historic snowfall and heavy rains are in the forecast from the Rockies to the Mississippi River Valley.

A slow-moving weather system could produce the biggest snowfall in decades along the eastern Rockies and the western Plains starting today. The National Weather Service office in Cheyenne, Wyoming is forecasting “very difficult to impossible travel conditions” across all of southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska panhandle.
