All eyes are on the Atlantic. Hurricane season is less than one month away, and forecasters say that ocean temperatures are cooler than usual.
Texas meteorologist Eric Berger says the main development region of the Atlantic is about two-degrees cooler than it was last May. Federal forecasters will release their predictions in about two weeks.
