By The Texas summer camp where 27 kids and counselors were killed in a flood wants to re-open this summer.
State Representative Wes Virdell, who’s district includes the Hill Country, says the owners of Camp Mystic only plan to open a section that was untouched by the wall of water. And, along the river that was flooded, he says the owners have installed warning senors and sirens.
