Police are searching for a suspect after a shooting in Edinburg. Officers were called to the 33-hundred block of Colt Lane after gunshots were reported.
Investigators discovered that 36-year-old Matthew Fraustro had already been taken to the hospital after being shot in the chest. Fraustro was initially in critical condition, but is now listed as stable. Witnesses said a blue SUV left the area at a high rate of speed after the shooting.
A search warrant was executed and drugs were found at the residence, leading to the arrest of an unidentified man.
