An 18-year-old is facing charges for allegedly driving a stolen vehicle in Hidalgo County. The Texas Department of Public Safety says Karla Miranda Delgado was spotted in the Jeep Gladiator on the expressway in Donna yesterday.
The Jeep had been reported stolen in Brownsville. She was taken into custody on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, evading arrest and resisting arrest.
