A teen has been charged with murder after a weekend shooting in Pharr. Police were called to the 700 block of Chickadee Street on Saturday night. They found a 45-year-old man with gunshot wounds who died before he could be taken to the hospital.
Eighteen-year-old Emanuel Flores was arrested at the scene. He was arraigned on Sunday and had his bond set at 750-thousand dollars.
