A teen driver is dead after a weekend crash in Harlingen. Police say the crash happened in the 21-hundred block of South Parkwood Drive on Saturday morning.
The 16-year-old driver crashed into a brick fence and died after being transported to the hospital. Three other teens were also injured in the crash and are reportedly still in the hospital.
