Galveston Police are still investigating the death of a teen who was thrown from a golf cart Sunday night. It happened just about 10 p.m. in Galveston’s West End at the intersection of Spotted Sandpiper Drive and King Rail Circle.

Investigators say the girl was ejected from the golf cart when the other driver, only identified as a 16-year-old girl, took a sharp turn. No charges have been filed in the accident at this point.
