Tesla is moving its headquarters to Austin. C-E-O Elon Musk made the announcement yesterday during the electric car company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Tesla already has a substantial footprint in Travis County with a new gigafactory in the works, along with Musk’s personal move to Austin last year. Mayor Steve Adler welcomed Tesla to Austin, saying it “fits right in” with the capital city.
