Texas Employers Fire Workers Involved In D.C. Riot

Some Texas companies are firing employees who were involved in the D.C. riot. Texas attorney Paul Davis was let go from Goosehead Insurance after posting videos of himself inside the Capitol Building.

Midland mayoral candidate Jenny Cudd was reported to the FBI after posting Facebook videos of herself talking about storming the Capitol.

Austin employment attorney Jennifer Ward says Texas employers have the right to fire someone at will, and when employees post their private life on social media, it becomes public information.
