Millions of SNAP recipients in Texas are waiting for their benefits to be funded for the month of November.

The USDA notified states last month that it couldn’t fund the benefits because of the federal government shutdown. Two federal judges ordered the Trump administration last Friday to fund SNAP, and the USDA says it will pay at most half of what people would usually receive for the month.

As of Wednesday, Texans still hadn’t seen their November SNAP benefits, which may take several days to become available.
